WELCOME!
At Sawmill Restorative Practices we strive to cut through the obstacles that prevent meaningful human relationships. We believe that people are inherently good, and believe in the power of community. When equity of voice is present, those voices are validated, and choices are offered, satisfaction and participation rise.
In classrooms, the result is a community that manages itself and students are engaged in the holistic process of becoming all they can be without the constraints of traditional classroom management.
In groups and organizations, the result is a community that is collaboratively led by restorative leaders, where everyone works together effectively and efficiently, managing conflict and solving problems equitably.
